Ok – not without reason they called me running sausage…… Watch my training at my home river in winter, Thank You Roswitha for the song My Live! Nein BOIS – Ich bin nicht der boyfriend von Roswitha aber ich mag Sie und Ihre Musik wirklich. Ich bin einer der Spender für das brand neue Album Destiny von Roswitha. Yeah, ich bin stolzer Executive Producer! Danke für jede Unterstützung für Roswitha auch in meinem Namen. Ich denke alle, die etwas beigetragen haben können stolz auf das Ergebnis sein! Ich bin wirklich erstaunt wieviel Arbeit in so einem Album steckt. Roswitha und alle ihre Musiker und Ingenieure haben wirklich hart gearbeitet. Ich schätze ich habe jeden Song circa 6 mal bis zur besten roh Version und je 10 verschiedene mixes gehört und so etwa 200-300 Versionen der Songs von Roswitha gehört. ICH MAG WIRKLICH JEDEN SONG DES ALBUM DESTINY VON ROSWITHA! Roswitha hat sich wirklich angestrengt und Ja – das ist ein Brave Heart Battle so ein perfektes Album wie Destiny zu produzieren. Nicht zuletzt die Album Fotos: Echt hart an den NYer Strand zu gehen im Februar! Destiny hat mich ermutigt auch etwas ungewöhnliches zu tun – um nicht zu sagen unmöglich für so einen Faulpelz wie mich? 3 Monate jeden zweiten Tag … Ich musste mir gute Klamotten und Schuhe und Gamaschen suchen. Und es muß natürlich auch ein wenig Crazy sein. Das Logo die “Rennende Stadtwurst” (-Banane) hat mir der Bananensprayer Thomas Baugärtel gestaltet, Danke! Das Ziel: 26 km, vier Flussdurchquerungen, 50 Hindernisse Werde ich das überleben? Schaut hier und bei Facebook wie es weiter geht! Euer Johannes No, BOIS – I am not the boyfriend of Roswitha but I really like her vision and her music and I’m one of the pledgers for the brand new album Destiny from Roswitha. Yeah, I’m proud to be called Executive Producer! Thanks for any support for Roswitha in my name too! I think all pledgers and supporters can be proud of the new album Destiny. I am really astonished about the effort it took to produce this album. Roswitha, all her musicians and advisors and especially the mixing engineer Eddie Krakaur were working really hard. Mastering engineer Michael Fossenkemper added his magic at the end. I think I reviewed every song around 6 times up to the best raw versions and 10 different mixes per song, so I think I heard around 200-300 Versions of songs from Roswitha’s Destiny album. I LIKE EVERY SONG OF THE ALBUM DESTINY VERY MUCH! Roswita really works hard and Yes it is a Brave Heart Battle to create such a perfect album like Destiny. Last not but least the pictures for the album: Roswitha went to the beach in NYC in February! Destiny encouraged me to do something unusual – say impossible for a couch potato like me? I started to train a lot for the BraveHeartBattle Run For three months every second day … Running and running and fitness club. It’s not easy to train that hard without muscle problems… They were sometimes hard like stones. I had to find clothes, shoes and gaiters looking crazy! Ich habe begonnen hart zu trainieren für den BraveHeartBattle Run
Ich bin gelaufen und habe mich im Fitnessstudio gequält und es ist nicht einfach trainiert zu sein ohne Probleme mit den Muskeln (manchmal waren sie hat wie Stein … Thanks Reha im Stadtpark!)
